Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected on the reception desk. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
SMOKING, CANNABIS & ODOUR POLICY
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests, our hotel maintains a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-cannabis-odour policy in all guest rooms and indoor hotel areas.
1. Smoking and Vaping Prohibited
Smoking or vaping of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana/cannabis, and other substances, is prohibited in all guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and indoor public areas of the hotel.
2. Cannabis Odour Is Also Prohibited
This policy applies not only to smoking or vaping, but also to any cannabis-related activity that causes a noticeable cannabis odour in a guest room or other indoor hotel area.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Smoking or vaping cannabis inside the room.
- Leaving cannabis or cannabis products open or exposed, causing an odour.
- Storing, handling, or using cannabis products in a manner that results in a noticeable or persistent odour.
- Any other activity that causes cannabis odour and requires additional room cleaning, deodorizing, or odour-removal treatment.
A cannabis odour resulting from these activities may constitute a violation of this policy even if no smoking or vaping has occurred.
3. Additional Cleaning Fee — CAD $250
If smoking, vaping, cannabis odour, or another activity prohibited under this policy results in the need for additional cleaning, deodorizing, or odour-removal treatment, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of CAD $250, subject to applicable law.
This fee is intended to cover the additional cleaning and remediation required to restore the room to an acceptable condition for future guests. The fee may apply whether the odour results from smoking, vaping, leaving cannabis products open, or any other activity covered by this policy.
4. Violation and Termination of Stay
Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the guest’s stay. The hotel reserves the right to require the guest to vacate the premises without prior warning where warranted by the circumstances and permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable additional cleaning fees or other lawful charges may still apply following termination of the stay.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for complying with this policy and for violations caused by themselves or members of their party, subject to applicable law.
By making a reservation and staying at our hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
Hotel management reserves the right to enforce this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
