Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected on the reception desk. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children and beds
